Key Responsibilities:
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Manage all corporate bookings, handle reservations from both corporate and walk-in passengers.
- Perform pre- and post-flight checks, manage seat and meal requests.
- Process ticket requests, validate, revalidate, re-issue, and handle PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) for both corporate and walk-in passengers.
Fares & Tariffs:
- Provide accurate fare quotes and resolve any discrepancies with GDS (Amadeus) or airlines regarding fares and taxes.
- Coordinate with departments like Meet & Assist and Forex.
- Assist colleagues with ticketing, accounting, and minimizing errors in debits.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Ensure all documentation such as cash exchange vouchers, tickets, and reissued documents are reported on time.
- Work with the Accounts Department regarding refunds and reissue authority.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with agents, especially key business generators.
- Answer calls promptly, return calls if unavailable, and ensure client queries are handled efficiently.
- Promote airline-related products, such as frequent flyer programs, to corporate clients and passengers.
- Handle customer complaints, collaborate with relevant departments (Sales, Quality), and maintain the agency’s image.
- Coordinate with sales and agents for corporate leads, deals, and joint promotions.
- Maintain office discipline, adhere to company policies, and work with integrity.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel trade with IATA certification.
- Strong customer care, time management, crisis management, and administrative skills.
