Position: Chef de Partie
Focus Area: Hot Kitchen (with some Cold Kitchen tasks for plating and desserts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Follow and maintain recipes, including those from consultant chefs.
- Train and guide the kitchen team on preparation techniques.
- Ensure proper food presentation and packaging for delivery orders (essential for our brand).
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Strong background in hot kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with cold kitchen tasks like garnishing and plating desserts.
- Experience in plant-based or fusion cuisines is a plus.
- Prior leadership experience in a kitchen (e.g., Sous Chef or Chef de Partie).
- Skills:
- Ability to lead a small team and manage daily kitchen challenges.
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation and packaging.
- Knowledge of cloud kitchen operations is a plus.
- Work Style:
- Hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexible and adaptable to new recipes and workflows.
Salary: Up to 3500 SAR (final amount to be discussed in the interview).
