We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader who is eager to grow with our company. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including:
- Outdoor glass cleaning
- Office cleaning
- After-construction cleaning
- Warehouse cleaning, etc.
- Follow the daily schedule and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with the team and management
- Provide regular reports to the manager
- Drive responsibly and take care of the company vehicle
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license (manual car)
- Strong experience in cleaning and managing teams
- Able to speak and write English and Arabic
- Team-oriented, well-organized, and deadline-driven
- Responsible for vehicle care and driving duties
