We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh. If you’re passionate about HR and have strong leadership skills, this is your chance to make a significant impact in our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Provide HR support to both management and employees on performance issues and employee relations
- Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding
- Administer compensation, benefits programs, and conduct salary reviews
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs to improve retention and morale
- Oversee performance management and career development plans
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve issues and improve collaboration
Requirements:
- Nationality: Saudi National
- Experience: At least 3 years in an HR management role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
