Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach potential clients through field visits, networking, and prospecting.
- Present and promote our training programs to individuals and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Work with the marketing and training teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in field sales or business development, ideally in the training or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven approach with a successful history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
