  • Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work with the marketing and training teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in field sales or business development, ideally in the training or education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a successful history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
