We are looking for experienced Lighting Sales Engineers to join our team in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to drive revenue and profit for our diverse range of lighting solutions, including residential, commercial, industrial, solar, and decorative lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets:
Generate new business and manage existing accounts to meet or exceed sales goals. - Build Strong Relationships:
Develop long-term connections with clients, including contractors, wholesalers, and businesses in various sectors. - Offer Technical Expertise:
Provide tailored solutions and advice based on the specific needs of each client. - Prepare Proposals and Presentations:
Create and deliver professional quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients. - Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. - Stay Current:
Keep up with the latest advancements in lighting technology and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Sales Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the lighting industry. - Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of lighting solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and solar sectors. - Communication Skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Self-Motivated:
Results-driven, with a passion for achieving success. - Educational Background:
An engineering degree or relevant technical background is an advantage.
