- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of construction experience, including:
- 5 years managing on-site quality control and inspection
- 1 year of site development experience
- 2 years as a QC Manager
- At least 2 years of experience in the Middle East
- Strong technical and administrative skills for reporting and documentation
- Engineering degree from an accredited university
- Fluency in written and spoken English
