We are looking for a skilled Vendor Registration & Ariba Expert to lead our vendor registration and business development efforts. In this role, you’ll manage Ariba and other vendor platforms to help us grow and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor registration with major organizations and platforms (e.g., Aramco, SABIC, government agencies).
- Manage and improve Ariba accounts and procurement processes.
- Prepare, review, and submit required registration documents.
- Ensure vendor profiles are up to date and meet all requirements.
- Work closely with the business development team to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on vendor registration and platform activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with vendor registration and managing platforms like Ariba.
- Strong understanding of procurement and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in document management and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement practices is a plus.
