Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry
Language: Fluent in Arabic and English
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
Additional Requirement: Valid Iqama
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including VAT filings and tax submissions.
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for project and company financial planning.
- Organize financial documents and support audits.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve financial issues and follow up on payments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations, including VAT.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with cost control and financial planning for construction projects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
