We are looking for an experienced Driver cum Delivery Man with 4–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality and a valid medium driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and categories, with a focus on recipe spices.
- Handle customer inquiries about the store and merchandise.
- Product Knowledge
- Provide detailed information about product quality, manufacturing, and cooking instructions.
- Sales and Reporting
- Maintain sales reports to track progress.
- Meet assigned sales targets and comply with handheld device usage.
- Delivery Tasks
- Load and unload stock efficiently.
- Deliver products to customers following specified instructions.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid medium driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stock and meet delivery schedules.
