Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at iMile, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Account Management: Oversee the process of opening new customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Track account progress and resolve any issues during the process.
  2. Customer Needs Analysis: Identify and understand customer needs, then work closely with internal teams to fulfill those needs effectively and promptly.
  3. Business Growth: Assist the sales team in expanding the market share of existing customers and acquiring new business.
  4. Collaboration: Work with the operations and delivery teams to provide optimal solutions, ensuring high-quality deliveries and improving customer satisfaction and receipt rates.
  5. Customer Training: Provide training to customers, helping them familiarize themselves with our systems. Analyze data, track orders, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer management or a related role.
  • Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel or SPSS.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in logistics is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, excellent service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
